1. Service Description

BuildMVP is a comprehensive Next.js SaaS boilerplate designed to accelerate the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Access to BuildMVP is granted upon payment of the applicable fees.

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use BuildMVP for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Payment and Refunds

• Access to BuildMVP is provided upon payment of the applicable fees.
• Due to the nature of digital products, the Company does not offer refunds for BuildMVP purchases.

3. Intellectual Property

• BuildMVP and all its components, including the boilerplate code and related materials, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Users are prohibited from reselling or distributing the boilerplate code as-is without prior written consent from the Company.
• Users may build applications using the boilerplate and monetize them, provided they do not sell the code as-is.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are solely responsible for their use of BuildMVP and any applications built using the boilerplate.
• Users must ensure that their use of BuildMVP complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users are prohibited from using BuildMVP for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of BuildMVP.
• The Company does not warrant that BuildMVP will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet users' specific requirements.

6. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to BuildMVP at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, users must immediately cease using BuildMVP and delete all copies of the boilerplate code in their possession.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes. Continued use of BuildMVP after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using BuildMVP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BuildMVP.
